We typically schedule your cleaning around your trash collection day, after your bins have been emptied. Before each scheduled visit, you’ll receive a friendly reminder by text or email (based on your preference), so you know when to expect us.

What exactly does BinLIFE USA clean?
Residential trash and recycling wheelie bins. We do not offer house washing, driveway washing or general pressure-washing services.
Can you clean both my trash and recycling bins?
Yes. Our residential service is designed for both trash and recycling wheelie bins. You can include additional bins in your membership for an added per-bin charge.
When will my bins be cleaned?
Routes are intended to coordinate with neighborhood collection days, after bins have been emptied. Actual availability will depend on your address.
Will I receive a reminder before BinLIFE USA arrives?
Before each scheduled visit, we send a reminder by text or email, based on your preferred contact method, so you know when to expect us and can have your emptied bins ready.
How do I become a member?
Online enrollment opens ahead of our January 2027 launch. Check your ZIP and join the early-access list to be the first to know.
What if my bin is already cracked or damaged?
We do a quick check of every bin before cleaning. If a bin looks unsafe to lift, we’ll skip it, let you know, and you won’t be charged for it. We aren’t responsible for pre-existing damage or normal wear on older bins. See our Terms of Service for details.
Can I include more than two bins?
Yes. You can add as many eligible residential trash and recycling bins as you need. For larger groups or community-wide service, please contact us for a custom proposal.
